Styria Kidney Protection Project — Clinical Pilot (Graz)

DATE: _____/_____/2026

Project Overview

This document serves as the technical initiation for a 5-8 patient pilot program hosted at the Graz Dialysis Center. The objective is to gather empirical, scientifically sound milestones (eGFR, Creatinine) utilizing the proprietary KidneScience protocol.

Zero-PII & GDPR Compliance

Data privacy is guaranteed by design. The pilot utilizes the OHM Sovereign Resonance infrastructure with a Logical Replication database topology.

  • Absolutely Zero Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is stored or transmitted.
  • Patients are exclusively identified via anonymized hashes (e.g., Patient-001).
  • Data remains mathematically isolated via cryptographic Post-Quantum (PQC) standards, compliant with the strictest EU AI & GDPR laws.

Financial & Scientific Impact

"With standard health insurance expending approximately €70,000 per patient per year for dialysis, achieving Dialysis-Free status for even a small pilot cohort presents massive systemic savings and unprecedented life quality improvement."
