This portal digitizes and cryptographically signs patient consent using simulated EUDI wallet signatures, logging a ZKP hash.

Below is a summary of your de-identified, ZKP-committed health measurements. Your real identity is never stored alongside this data. All records are cryptographically locked in the Vera ZKP Merkle Tree.

Your consent is recorded as a cryptographic signature via the European Digital Identity (EUDI) Wallet standard (Regulation (EU) 2024/1183). This creates an auditable, tamper-proof consent record linked to your pseudonymized patient token.
Your device will generate a cryptographic signature using your EUDI credential. No personal identity data is transmitted to the research platform — only a verifiable proof that consent was given.
Your signature is stored as a COSE-signed JWT, timestamped and added to the ZKP Merkle Tree.
Your informed consent has been cryptographically signed and committed to the Vera ZKP Merkle Tree. Your practitioner and authorized researchers can now proceed with the measurements you have approved. You may withdraw any optional consent at any time by contacting your practitioner.
